Etisalat free browsing is here again with psiphonhandler, With the etisalat #0.00 tweak, you can browse and download unlimitedly and you can also leave the etisalat social me PLAN and all the speed throttling stress behind and move over to something better and completely free. The only problem about this tweak is that it takes a lot of time to connect depending on your location and the ip you are using.
This is another tweak from etisalat using Psiphon, but unlike the social me package this is completely free and also doesn't require bypassing speed throttling. Although this tweak has been on for quite sometime now, I personally decided to take a little time just to check if its working before dropping it here.

How To Browse Unlimitedly With The Magic IPs On Etisalat Using Psiphon:
>> First you have to create a new APN by opening your phone settings > click on more > Go to mobile network > Go to access point names > then click on the “+” sign at the top right corner of the screen to create a new Access Point Name (APN) and configure as shown below:
» APN: etisalat
» APN Type: default
» Skip others and click on save.
>> Download and install Psiphon Here Here
>> Launch Psiphon and configure as shown below.
» Proxy type: Reverse Proxy
» Proxy server: instagram.com
» Real Proxy type: HTTP
» Skip the rest and click on save.
>> Click on “tunnel whole device” on the next pop-up window.
>> Click on the option tab
>> Under Region: select, USA Server
>> Click on more option and configure as shown below:
» Check “Connect through an HTTP”
» Select “Use the following settings:”
» Host address: 5.101.168.240
» Port:
8
Just go back and wait for it to connect. Depending on the IP and location, it can take a couple of minutes before it connects, so you have to be very patient.
Aside from the IP/port used above, you can select any of the 4 IPs listed below:
