Methods To Share/Tether Tunnel VPN Connection From Smartphone To PC And Other Devices

Hello guys I know that most of us are already flexing with Simple Android Server, Psiphon Handler, OpenVPN, Tweakware, Netify , DroidVPN etc to bypass service restrictions for free browsing access but unfortunately to share the tunnel vpn network with pc and other devices has been the major problem most of us are facing. Before I proceed I will like to credit Shelaf for for compiling this various useful methods to share Tunnel VPN Network with other devices.

In this tutorial I'll show you four different methods with three different apps to share or tether your Tunnel VPN connection either your phone is rooted or not, although this is not something new on the internet, but I wonder why people are still finding it difficult to share/tether their Tunnel VPN network, as a result of too much request, I have no choice than to come up with this tutorial.

Method 1
To share or tether your Tunnel VPN internet connection via Hotspot to PC or other device, this method known as - Manual Configuration
Note: Rooting NOT Required

1. Make sure your VPN is connected with either your MTN Free Browsing with N0.0 or Mtn Bis or Etisalat Magic Tweak or Etisalat social me/chat pak tweak etc.
2. Create a Wi-Fi hotspot on the main (primary) phone.  Use default (set your WiFi security to none or default).
3. Now go to the other phone/device (secondary) and switch on the Wi-Fi to start searching for available network.
4. When connected, long press on the connected network name and then tap on “Modify Network”.
5. On the next screen, tap on the “Show Advanced Options” check box to open full settings.

6. On the proxy settings, select “Manual” (Tap on the “none” for the dropdown options to appear.
7. Configure as follows:
          -        Proxy Hostname: 127.0.0.1
          -       Proxy Port: 8080
8. Leave the rest and tap on “Save”, then you can start enjoy your free browsing on the device you shared it to.

Method 2
How to share or tether your Tunnel VPN internet connection to PC via USB Cable or WiFi Hotspot with the use of an app Called - PDANet+
Note: Rooting NOT Required

PDANet+ is one of the top Android apps using for sharing tunnel VPN connection, it is to stop some tethering limitations on your Android device and allows you to connect all your tunnel VPN network to any PC or device via USB Tethering or WiFi Hotspot.
1. Download and install PDANet+ for your Android device from this link
         
2. Make sure your Hotspot is switched off to start with
3. Run the installed PDANet+ app on your Android. Note that to share the connection with a PC, you have to download the pdanet.exe file for PC.
          Download PDANet+.exe - Click Here
4. Launch the PDANet+.apk on your Android, there are three options:
          -      USB Tether
          -      Bluetooth Server
          -      Wifi Hotspot

5. Make sure you Enable USB debugging on your Android (from the “Developer Options”).
6. Tap and Activate the “USB Tether” option for best reliability and connect your USB cable to the PC
7. Install the PDANet+ for PC (if not already installed) and confirm that it is connected to the phone.
8. Open the PDANet+ menu from the notification bar of your Windows and click on “Connect Internet (USB)”.
9. It will verify and authenticate your connection automatically and you will be connected via USB.

Using PdaNET+ via WIFI Hotspot
If you don't want to use USB cable you can also connect your pdanet+ via WiFi Hotspot, but it's better to crack PdaNet+ in order to enjoy the full version.
1. Download and install FoxFi Key on your phone to crack PdaNet+
          Download FoxFi Key - Click Here
2. Then open your Pdanet+ and mark Activate WiFi Hotspot

Then turn ON your PC Wifi and search for available wireless and you will detect FoxFi33
Connect it and enjoy free wifi from your mobile device.

Method 3
How to share or tether your VPN internet connection to PC and other device via WiFi Hotspot with the use of an app Called - DF Tethering Fix
Note: Rooting Access Required

DF tethering stop some tethering limitations on your Android device and allows you to connect all your tunnel VPN network to any PC or other device using your portable WiFi Hotspot
DF tetheringFix - Download it Here

1. Open your any of your tunnel vpn and connect make sure it's stable
2. Navigate to your phone settings and enable your tethering Hotspot
3. Launch your DF Tethering and click on Fix Tethering
4. After popping out "fix tethering"  enable WiFi on your PC and connect to your smartphone Hotspot
5. Start surfing for free on your pC

Method 4
How to share or tether your VPN internet connection to PC or other device via WiFi Hotspot with the use of an app Called - Iswat Tether Unlocker
Note: Rooting Access Required

Iswat Tether Unlocker stop some tethering limitations on your Android device and allows you to connect all your tunnel VPN network to any pc or other device using your portable Hotspot.
1. Make sure your Hotspot is switched off to start with
2. Download and install ISWAT Tether Unlocker for Android Here
3. Run the installed ISWAT app and grant it root permissions.
4. On the main screen, tap on the “Unlock Tethering” and sit back while it does its works
5. When the unlocking operation is done, it brings out the pop up “Tethering Unlocked” Have Fun, just enable your already created Hotspot and connect the other device or PC.
6.       Start your free browsing on every connected devices

That’s all, now you can extend your smartphone free browsing tweak to your PC and Other Devices

I was surprise when i got mails from friends asking whats the meaning of Rom, OTA, Stock Rom, Custom rom, Rooting, etc.. concerning their Android device and infact, that mail made me put up this article so as to help many fully understand the used terms on Android smartphones.

To the geeks and those who already how and what it means, it is not an overwhelming endeavor. But to those who don't, it is. Open a forum thread with some instructions and you’ll find yourself staring at all sorts of strange words and confusing combinations of letters.
ROMs, Kernels, Nandroids, TAR images…what does it all mean?!

We’re here to help! Below you’ll find the newb’s dictionary to the strange language of modding/H@cking. This is not intended to be a technical definition of each concept, but an easy to understand, explanation for the average Joe.

Disclaimer: We chose NOT to put this “dictionary” in alphabetical order because we believe it follows a logical order from basic to more advanced H@cking knowledge that will be easier for the complete beginner to follow and understand. Let's Begin....

ROOTING: Acquiring "root" access or permission is the process of gaining total control or Administrative control over your device. When you purchase your brand new Android device, there are certain files and systems that you cannot access because they are blocked by the manufacturer. By aquiring root, you gain access to these files, allowing you to modify, replace and even delete them with no manufacturer's restrictions. Rooting also allows you to take total control over system files behavior and how to control them. An Android phone without root access or permission is really not yet a complete Android

BOOTLOADER: To some Android device, before you can root or gain root permission, you must unlock your bootloader. The bootloader is a line of code that is executed even before your Android operating system boots up. The bootloader’s code is specific for each make and model of the many Android devices. Bootloaders comes factory "locked" because the device manufacturer doesn’t want you tinkering with the software that they worked so hard to optimize for that particular piece of hardware.

Unlocking the bootloader allows you to tinker or play around with the phone’s firmware, or even replace it with a custom firmware (aka: Custom ROM ). It is very important to note that unlocking your bootloader will erase or wipe all data stored on your phone, essentially putting it back to a "factory reset" state after accomplishing unlocking bootloader, so you’ll want to save any pictures, music, or any other important files that are on your device.

RECOVERY: Once your bootloader is unlocked and you have rooted your device, you will need a custom recovery. To some Android device, you don't need unlocking bootloader before you can install a custom recovery. A recovery is a piece of software that is called up separate from the actual Android operating system. Its purpose is to make changes to the Android OS at a core level, such as delete user data, apply updates and more. The stock recovery is limited in function, so if you are planning on modifying/H@cking/rooting your phone, you will need to install a "Custom Recovery" such as Clockwork Mod Recovery TWRP recovery meant for your specific device. A custom recovery will allow you do the following:

→ make backups, restore them
→ wipe partitions
→ install custom software or rom and more.

Backup / Nandroid: Once your custom recovery is installed, you will want to make a backup (also known as a Nandroid) of your entire Android. A Nandroid is simply a complete and total backup of your phone. It will store all of your data, apps, settings, SMS messages, and more, basically allowing you to restore your phone to its initial state.

iv) After that's done, press "Back Key" to goto Main Menu. Tap on "Wipe Button" and then "Swipe To Factory Reset" Button to wipe.

v) After that's done, press "Back Key" again to goto Main Menu, Tap On “install” Button, Select the storage you placed Miui 7 Custom Rom For Innjoo One 3G and then "Swipe To install" Button.

Now it will start flashing/ installing the rom. When it says installation complete, go back to the Main Menu and follow step 5 once again to install "Update ZIP File" from below link to improve battery backup....

Done! You can now reboot your Innjoo One to enjoy Miui 7

MTN Nigeria partners Gemalto to improve SIM security and convenience

MTN Nigeria, the biggest telecommunication service provider in the country, has announced the selection of world leader in digital security, Gemalto for the first commercial rollout of GSMA Mobile Connect authentication service in Nigeria.

Gemalto will provide its LinqUs Mobile ID platform to MTN Nigeria. This new project, operated for MTN in SaaS mode by Gemalto Allynis Services, marks the first commercial rollout of SIM-based services delivering convenient mobile authentication for all mobile users.

Compliant with the latest GSMA standards, Mobile Connect, ‘MTN Token’ will be made available immediately to MTN Nigeria’s subscribers and positions the operator as the country’s foremost provider of secure digital identification and authentication.

“With the launch of MTN Token, we are the first private provider of secure online identity and positioned as a warrant of digital ID and authentication in Nigeria,” said A’isha Umar Mumuni, General Manager, Products & Innovation at MTN Nigeria.

She added, “As our network of service providers adopting MTN Token grows, the solution will deliver significant reductions in fraud whilst easing the frustration often experienced by consumers on their digital journeys.”

MTN Token offers their users a universal digital ID combined with a mobile-based second factor authentication, for easy and secure web service access, payments and financial transactions validation.

When using MTN Token for e-Commerce, banking, insurance, e-Public and corporate networks services, the user’s mobile phone number is employed as the username. Depending on the level of protection required by the service provider, the process is completed by simply pressing OK on the handset, or entering a unique user-selected PIN code.

Google Testing To Fully Introduce 5G Wireless Connection Soon

Google at it again as they are not giving up on their title as Internet giants. In no much time, Google will be introducing 5G wireless Internet connection. The 5G which has capacity to transfer gigabytes of data within seconds will replace the current 4G LTE when finally unveiled by Google.

A new report by The Guardian reveals that the search giant is testing solar-powered drones at Spaceport America. Google is renting a 15,000 square feet hangar space from Virgin Galactic.

Report has it that some documents obtained under public record laws, the secretive project is called "SkyBender" and the company is said to have built several prototype trans receivers last summer. It is now said to be testing multiple drones. Google is also said to have installed its own dedicated flight control centre near Spaceflight Operations Center that is separate from the terminal.

So, Project SkyBender is reportedly using drones to experiment with millimetre-wave radio transmissions. It is a technology used to ‘underpin next generation 5G wireless internet access’. These high frequency millimetre waves can theoretically transmit Gigabit of data every second. It is said to be up to 40 times more than 4G LTE systems.
This is going to be awesome so let’s keep our fingers crossed.
